Branch Reading Circle, Houston TX Members have been reading, researching,
and reviewing mystery, biography, literature, and nonfiction since the
circle's beginning over three-and-a-half years ago. The trend has been
mostly toward contemporary writing of members' interests and enjoyment.

Tallahassee
Book Group Our group of about 10 women has been meeting monthly
since November, 1992 in Tallahassee, Florida. We all read the same book
and discuss it (and other things) over wine & cheese.

Tertulia Tertulia formed
as a book group in October of 1993. The group, consisting of all women,
meets every 4-6 weeks to discuss a selected text and life itself. We have
enjoyed reading and discussing the following books over the years and would
like your input as well. As you peruse the list and our reviews, please
note that reading is obviously a personal sport -- what appeals to one
may repulse another. What has made Tertulia so successful though, is that
we are able to find something to talk about, even if we don't like the
books -- in some ways, books that have been negatively received have provoked
the best discussions.
